Energy efficiency drives many new projects these days. And while it was an objective for luminaire manufacturer AmerillurnBrands' new 54,000-sq ft plant and corporate headquarters in Vista, CA, the facility was initially conceived with a different type of efficiency in mind. After spending more than a decade squeezed in a 28,000-sq ft leased space, the company had outgrown it.
