Die Berliner Lichtplaner zeic bereits für die Beleuchtung einer Reihe anderer prominenter ?ffentlicher R?ume verantwortlich, darunter der Alexanderplatz und der Bebelplatz in Berlin.%For countless years now, the marketplace of the German city of Neubrandenburg has formed the centre of the "City with Four Gates" in the region of the Mecklenburg Lake District. In September of 2009 the extensive renovation of the marketplace was completed, and the square was turned over to use by the residents of the city and its guests. The landscape planners Noack of Dresden had re-designed the marketplace square in accordance with their urban-design proposal. The new light-architecture effects of the square result from an extraordinary lighting concept that had been designed by the Berlin engineering company Kardorff Ingenieure and implemented with the support of this company. The Berlin lighting-design company had already been responsible for implementation of the lighting systems for a number of other prominent public spaces: including the major squares Alexanderplatz and Bebelplatz in Berlin.
