摘要

Development of large aluminum reduction technology is arncomplex system engineering. While overcoming the core technologies, more attentions shall be paid to structurernoptimization, environmental protection and energy saving.rnAs a professional engineering and research institute in lightrnmetals industry, NEUI, co-worked with Henan ZhongfurnIndustry Co. Ltd, has successfully overcome some bottle-neck technologies which affect the development of high amperage reduction technologies, such as MHDrnsimulation technique of high amperage reduction cells,rnsimulation technique of triaxiality thermoelectric field, simulation technique of flue gas fluid dynamics inside therncell, etc, by self-developing and cooperation. Simulated and optimized with advanced technologies, NEUI400 (I)rnreduction cells have been put into normal operation rapidly after startup, and the technical parameters are much over the design values. Thus, all the simulation technologies ofrnNEUI are proved to be mature and reliable.
