However, for many of these expensive resources, strict licensing terms allow access only to in-building users.rnHow do we bridge the gap to off-site and home access? It can be a daunting task, particularly in medical settings, because of not just corporate IT regulations but also rules regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which aims to protect the privacy of individually identifiable health information.
