Paramount Home Entertainment and Lucasfilm Ltd. announced last month that Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which raked in $770 million worldwide and $315 million domestically, will be coming to DVD October 15 as both a single disc and a two-disc special edition. A Blu-ray high-definition disc will also be available, a first for Lucas-film. Bonus features on the Blu-ray edition will include three interactive "Indiana Jones Timelines" and behind-the-scenes video footage and imagery. Additionally, all four movies in the popular adventure series will be released as a boxed set on standard DVD. No word yet on a Blu-ray equivalent.
