Academic Patron Profiles Data Collection

The sample for most Bowker Market Research primary research projects, including this Academic Patron Profiles study is drawn from a "book buyer" subgroup of a nationally representative panel of U.S. adults over age 13 that is balanced to the U.S. Census. The Academic Patron Profiles survey sampled between 2,000 and 2,500 students per wave. The breakdown of the sample is in line with recent data from the National Council of Education Statistics, a U.S. government agency that tracks data about American education.
