Library technology company Biblio-theca is entering the ebook market by developing a solution for libraries that want to follow the model of Douglas County Libraries (DCL), Castle Rock, CO, for direct ebook ownership rather than licensing content from intermediaries. Monique Sendze, associate director of information technology at DCL, has joined Bibliotheca to lead a new ebook division.
