Stephanie J. Coakley, formerly Director of Education, Mattatuck Museum, Water-bury CT, has been named Executive Director, Pequot Library, Southport, CT, succeeding Heather-Marie Montilla. Connie Cunningham, a former high school teacher, is the new director of the Mont-pelier Library, OH, succeeding Gloria Osburn, who retired in August after 14 years at the library. Joan DaShiell has joined Creekside Digital, a provider of standards-compliant image digitization services for the cultural heritage community, as Director of Digital Services. She began her career at OCLC and, when OCLC's Preservation Service Center was acquired by Backstage Library Works, became VP of Digitization Services.
