Longtime French actress Nathalie Baye (Moka) proves to be aging gracefully into solid roles for sixtysomethings, exemplified here as a distraught mother avenging the accidental death of her son nine years earlier by a dad-to-be rushing his pregnant wife to the hospital. Cajoling her way into the unsuspecting man's life, Baye's cunningly crazed character appears intent on playing grandma to the boy whose birth coincided with her loss. Codirectors Christophe Ali and Nicolas Bonilauri sometimes stretch credulity, but their star's acting sells it.
