Japan's tanners avoid earthquake disaster

Katsuaki Takeuchi, executive director, Tanners' Council of Japan (JLIA), has confirmed to Leather International that the country's tanning industry has not been directly affected by the recent earthquake which devastated the northern coastal region of Japan last month.
