摘要

A new binder system, based on anionic aqueous polymer dispersions was developed. These copoly-mers are containing binder and dispersing fragments. This leads to multifunctional molecules which are stabilising a slurry as well as improving the fracture behaviour of green bodies. By systematic variation of the binder constituent a transition from brittle to quasi-ductile fracture behaviour was achieved. As a consequence, green machining of ceramic parts, especially thin-walled hollow components, is easily possible.
