摘要

In the present paper peculiarities of the domain structure of the piezoceramic crystallites are shown. The crystallites consist of structural domains (twins) and electric domains. The second order structural twins which are not observed in crystals are distinctive features of the domain structure of the crystallites. The ferroelectric ceramic materials namely, BaTiO_3, PbTiO_3 and Pb(Zr_xTi_1-x)O_3 with different grain dimensions (1-50μm), density and porosity were under in- Vestigation.
