Properties of Hydrothermally prepared ferroelectrica

摘要

A simple route has been developed for the hydrothermal synthesis of strontium barium niobate with various Sr/Ba rations, strontium bismuth tantalate and barium bismuth tantalate. The resulting powders has very narrow particle size distributions around 1μm and yielded high density, fine grained ceramics. The results of powder and ceramic characterisation are presented in this paper.
