摘要

The paper reported the synthesis process of the new nano-cornposite materials based on SiO, aerogel-skeletal. The composite materials have been synthesized by deposited C on the SiO, aerogel containing metallic atoms sucb as Ni, Co, Cu, Fe/Co and Fe/Ni from 41(wt) to 0.01 (wt). The influence of the reaction condition that included of metallic ion type in areogel and synthesis condition on microstructure of carbon-silica aerogel nano-composite, which prepared by acetylene vapor decomposition, was investigated The nano-micro-structure of the SiO2 aerogel-skeletal was fully utilized as composite base. tbe shape of deposited C on the aerogel skeletal has several types based on synthesis condition. The electronic behavior of the carbon nano-composite based on aerogel skeletal was examined.
