Study of Assembled Electroplated CBN Gear-Honing Cutter

摘要

A kind of precise machining electroplated CBN gear-honing cutter (GHC) for the hardened gear with the features of narrow working-tooth-face is introduced in this paper. Its feature of construction design, principles of tooth profile, grinding technology and machining performance are discussed emphatically. The deformation after heat-treatment can be decreased greatly. The quality of the tooth-face can be enhanced, noise can be decreased effectively and the radial error can be corrected obviously with the GHC.
