摘要

A three-dimensional porous scaffold for bone tissue engineering was prepared by hydridizing biodegradable poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) with porous hydroxyapatite (HAP) beads. At first, porous Hap beads were prepared by dropping the calcium hydrophosphates slurry into Liquid nitrogen, freeze-drying and sintering.
