This work describes the methodology to obtain and evaluate the properties of sintered strontium ferrite magnets. The Powder Injection Moulding process was used to obtain these materials. h was observed that this technique has shown itself as a good alternative to conventional process. Organics solvents were used to remove binders, and it was observed that the solvents have their efficiency increased by raising the temperature of the process. As an alternative to conventional debinding processes a new technique named supercritical extraction was used. It is promising in the quality of the final parts and because it does not cause environment pollution. From the economical point of view, this technique is a good industrial alternative to the conventional method of solvent extraction.
