摘要

The PTC-type BaTiO_3 ceramics with lower room temperature resistance (R_r) were produced by multilayer structure process. The BaTiO_3-based powder was doped with donors and acceptors and then was tape cast into ceramic sheets about 0.5 mm thick. Various numbers of the ceramic layers were stacked and laminated to form multilayer structure with the ohmic contact electrode between every two contacted layers. The electrical behaviors of the laminates with various layers were measured using resistance-temperature analysis instrument.
