摘要

The sintering behavior, microstructure as well as the microwave dielectric properties of (Pb_0.45Ca_0.55) [Fe_1/2Nb_1/2]_0.9 Sn_0.1] O_3 (PCFNS) ceramics with the addition of CuO-V_2O_5-LiF (VCL) were investigated. The experimental results showed that the PCFNS ceramics could be sintered at rather low temperature (950-1000deg. C) when more than 0.1 wt/100 CuO-V_2O_5-LiF is dded. Excellent microwave dielectric properties were obtained : Qf = 4000 GHz, ε_r = 85.4, τ_f = 5 ppm/deg. C, as 0.2 wt/100 CuO-V_2O_5-LiF sintering aid was added. The variations of sinterability and the microwave properties Were also discussed based on the characterization of microstructurtes.
