摘要

We had studied Hap/Col by conventional in-vitro methods but met with problems. In this study, we introduced some of these challenges in the in-vitro tests for Hap/col composite. Osteobalastic primary cells were cultured form at bone marrow. After tripsinization, the cells were Subcultured at 10~5 cells/ml on 24 well culture plate. The cells were permitted to adhere for 24 hours And then the culture medium was changed to the experimental medium supplemented with 0.90 mM Of CaCl_2, 0.41 mM of MgCl_2, or with no supplement.
