摘要

The aim of this research is to assess the effects of the addition of waste soda-lime glass on both technological behaviour and technical properties of porcelain stoneware bodies. Several bodies were experimented adding up to 10/100 waste (float and container glass), in replacement of sodium feldspar, to a typical industrial formulation. Tiles were prepared at a laboratory scale through wet grinding, dry pressing, fast drying and fast firing at various maximum temperatures (1120-1180deg. C).
