摘要

The thermodynamic analysis of base structures of one kind of special structure diamond saw blades with air cooling slots was carried out by means of finite element method and experimental data of concrete sawing with diamond blade. The study shows that comparing with conventional saw blade the thermal stresses decrease and the low temperature area increase for the special structure diamond saw blade. The structures of diamond saw blade with different cooling slot parameters are analyzed and optimized.
