摘要

Specimens with bone-like apatite were harvested from dorsal muscles of rats after implanted for 14 days. In some of the samples the cell growth in the sites with bone-like apatite become active and increase in size. Some connective tissue and blood vessels grew into the pores with bone-like apatite implants. Osteoblast-like cells and organic material appeared on the surface. Osteoclast-like cells were observed here in contact with the pores with bone-like apatite of implants. This bone-like apatite layer formed in vitro could enhance osteogenic precursor cell adhesion, proliferation and differentition when they were implanted in muscle of rats.
