摘要

Nanometer cobalt oxide powders were obtained by decomposition of precursors CoC_2O_4·2H_2O at 350℃ for 3h. The precursors were synthesized by solid-state reaction with H_2C_2O_4·2H_2O and CoCO_3 under microwave irradiation. The products were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results showed that the nanometer Co_3O_4 is cubic and the mean particle is 19 nm with narrow distribution and weak agglomeration.
