摘要

Li_2O-ZnO-SiO_2 (LZS) glass-ceramics in stead of traditional hot-resistant glass were used as anodic bonding materials. The CTE of LZS system is high enough to be used as anodic bonding material with 430~# stainless steel. The glass-ceramics were obtained after tow-step heat-treatment. The crystalline phases of the glass-ceramics were investigated by means of the XRD. The results show that most of the main crystal phase of the samples is Li_2Si_2O_5 But the main crystal phase will change with the change of the content of alkali metals. The bending strength of this system is measured by bending strength test instrument and it also high enough to meet the requirement as anodic bonding with the stainless steel.
