In a Decision dated 13 August 2014 (the Decision), the Tribunal in an ICSID case brought by RSM Production Corporation against Saint Lucia ordered the 'Claimant to post security for costs in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee for USD 750,000 within 30 days of the decision, failing which, Respondent is granted leave to request that the Tribunal cancel the hearing date as set forth in the Procedural Timetable and reserving the decision regarding the costs of Respondent's application until a later stage in these proceedings' (paras. 90-ⅰ, ⅱ and ⅲ).
