摘要

Alkyl amines have traditionally served as simple building blocks and synthetically useful intermediates in the preparation of nitrogen-containing products. Despite the great utility of these reagents, their potential as alkyl electrophiles in cross coupling reactions to form carbon-carbon bonds has yet to be thoroughly explored. The ability to install unactivated alkyl groups from alkyl amine derivatives would enable new synthetic strategies for organic chemists.
