Modelling of nonlinear dynamics of photosynthetic reaction centers

This work presents the selfconsistent stochastic description of electron transfer macromolecules ensemble and shows the importance of nonlinear dynamical effects in experimentally observed relations. The electron- conformational interaction approach was used in the model which describes both the photomobilised electron transfer kinetics and structure conformational transitions. The effective potential concept was introduced for the RCs system description.
