Resistivity anisotropy identification using four-point probe method

摘要

The problems of application of the four-point probe for specific resistivity measurement of the anisotropic bodies of unknown symmetry is considered. anisotropic problem of potential distribution is solved and effective formula for the components of the specific resistivity tensor is obtained. Problems of the experimental data processing for the real experiments of limited accuracy are discussed.
