For a state-feedback single-input linear system subject to actuator saturation the paper presents a sufficient condition which guarantees the systems are global-asymptotic-stabilization (GAS) or regional- asymptotic stabilization (RAS), calculates an invariant attractive ellipsoid for the case of RAS, gives an iterative Ricatti equation algorithm to find such a controller that supports an ellipsoid as large as possible; gives an invariant attractive ellipsoid in the case of RAS for a dynamic output-feedback multi-input linear system with input saturation; at last, our approach will be illustrated with examples.
