'Let's get ready to work even harder' for Indigenous students

We all carry a level of responsibility in today's world, and mine is education. My ancestors' work has helped me get ready for this challenge. This is not the first pandemic Indigenous people have survived. It's important for us to not lose sight of the fact that there are many people who came before us and made us who we are today. I try to always impress this upon my staff and my students. It's our responsibility to make sure we're here tomorrow and in the future.
