EDITORIAL

摘要

I am very pleased to introduce this issue of the Journal focusing on Freedom of Information (FOI). I have been lobbying the successive editors about this for several years, and earlier this year was very glad to accept their invitation to be guest editor. 1 am grateful to the present incumbents for the opportunity to do so - I would also like to acknowledge a new-found understanding of the amount of work involved in editing just one issue. That being said, I have had a lot of help and support from Elizabeth Shepherd and Caroline Williams, and I would like to thank them for that.
