Where to start? The first comment I received from anyone seeing me reading this book was about its size. This is a blockbuster of a book at over 1000 pages. So how to review it? The standard approach of going through each chapter is simply not viable when there are 34 of them. This review will therefore necessarily take more of a holistic view. Research in the Archival Multiverse is divided into four main parts: Part 1 Introduction; Part Ⅱ Archival Intellectual Context and Theoretical Frameworks; Part Ⅲ Overviews of the Application of Research Methods in Archival Studies; Part Ⅳ Research Case Studies. Finally, the book is rounded off by a Part Ⅴ Biographical Notes on Contributors.
