Centralization and formalization rep- resent two key aspects of organizational structure whose effect on corporate entre- preneurship is explored in this study. Hypotheses linking these two constructs With entrepreneurial behavior are for- Mulated. The effect of company size on Entrepreneurial behavior is also consid- Ered. Findings are reported from a survey Of export manufacturing firms from Malta. The results show that increases Centralization limits entrepreneurial Behavior.
