摘要

The new technique of microwave plasma (2 450 MHz) was employed in the hydrogenation of carbon monoxide to acetylene. Several factors affecting the selectivity f acetylene, such as microwave input power, ratio of reactants (H_2/CO) and system pressure, were studied. The selectivity to acetylene increased with microwave input power increasing and system pressure and H_2/CO ratio decreasing, and achieved 95.87/100 under the best operation conditions.
