On Quadratic Congruences

It is proved that under appropriate assumptions, the solutions f of quadratic congruences Q(f) = 0 (mod n), n ≤ x, with (fn) = ±1, are distributed asymptotically equally as x → ∞. Bibliography: 5 titles.
