ON THE BEHAVIOR OF GENERAL EXPONENTS OF EQUATIONS WITH RANDOM PERTURBATIONS

We study the stability of general exponents of linear systems subject to random perturbations with zero averages and decaying variance. It is shown that the decay rate determines whether the general exponents are stable or otherwise.
