In_2S_3 nanostructures: semi-batch synthesis and characterization and its photovoltaic applications

摘要

Pure indium (Ⅲ) sulfide nanostructures have been successfully synthesized through a semi-batch process in the presence of phenylmethoxymethylbenzene as a solvent. Besides, the effects of surfactant concentrations on the morphology and particle size of product were investigated by SEM image. Furthermore, elainic acid and oley-lamine was used as the surfactant agent. Moreover, in order to examined solar cell application of as-synthesized In_2S_3 nanostructure a fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO)/In_2S_3/CdS/Pt-FTO was performed by directly deposited In_2S_3 film on top of the FTO glass prepared by Doctor's blade method. Photoluminescence study of the In_2S_3 nanostructures displayed quantum confinement behavior with band gap of 3.5 eV.
