Regulation (EC) No 1370/07 of the European Parliament and of the Council on public pas- senger transport services by rail and by road

Two years after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, the regulation on public passenger transport services by rail and by road will enter into force on 3 December 2009. The regulation applies to all public passenger transport services by rail and by road that are submitted to public services obligations and that require the granting of financial compensations and/or of exclusive rights. All three conditions have to be fulfilled for the regulation to apply.
