摘要

The purpose of this research was to use improving TRIZ method and eco-innovative design method to develop a new green fire proof system for kitchen equipment. Using TRIZ contradiction matrix and analyzed the inventive principles to find the best approach to enhance the function of kitchen equipment during the eco-innovative design process. Based on the inventive principles developed a green fire proof system with non-environmental impacts, easy operation and extinguishing fire efficiently.
