Redefining the Borders: The Call for Indefinite Detention Reform in the United Kingdom

This article aims to address the present confusion around the issue of indefinite detention of migrants. The proposed reform will attempt to shift the current acceptance of the right to indefinitely detain migrants to a policy of community-based case management as championed by the Australian government.
