Helium-3 From the Moon for the Low Radioactive Nuclear Energetics

In the paper presented here it is given a short review of the basic initial works on the problem of the low radioactive and neutronless fusion reactors based on nuclear reactions: ~3He(d,p)α and ~(11)'B(p,α)2α. Reactors based on the first ~3He(d,p)α reaction are easier to be realized whereas those based on the second ~(11)B(p,α)2α reaction have no large problems with the nuclear fuel.
