2014 Opinion of the European Data Protection Supervisor: Interplay Between Data Protection and Competition Law

The European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) issued an opinion which kick-started a broad discussion on the possibility of convergence between data protection, competition, and consumer policies: it provides interesting elements to reflect upon, while leaving open a number of theoretical challenges.
