摘要

Phase formation in the system Ti_xta_1-x (O,N)_y has been studied by ammonolysis of Ti-Ta gels pre- pared by the sol-gel technique, at temperatures between 600 and 1000 det.C. the observed phases were characterised by X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermo- gravimetric (TG) analysis. A monophasic oxynitride with composition Ti_xTa_1-xO_1-+xN_1-x and with the anatase type structure was prepared at 600-650 deg.C for 0.52≤x≤0.87.
