Research from University of Notre Dame Reveals New Findings on Structural Engineering

According to the authors of recent research from Notre Dame, Indiana, "A versatile, simulation-based framework for risk assessment and probabilistic sensitivity analysis of base-isolated structures is discussed in this work. A probabilistic foundation is used to address the various sources of uncertainties, either excitation or structural, and to characterize seismic risk."
