2013 MAR 27 (VerticalNews) -- By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Journal of Engineering -- Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) announced it was awarded a prime contract by the United States Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville (CEHNC) to provide maintenance and services for Access Control Point (ACP), electronic and physical security systems, Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), and other electronic systems. The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options and a total contract value of $315 million for all awardees, if all options are exercised.
