Panasonic Breaks New Ground in Full-HD, Extended Recording

Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (Panasonic) introduced in November three new DVD recorders and three new Blu-ray Disc (BD) recorders. The DVD recorders are among the world's first to offer full-HD recording on DVDs. The BD recorders offer about 18 hours of recording time on 50GB double-layer BDs.
