The camcorder incorporates a three-CCD image sensor, offers HD 1440 × 1080 recording and contains 60GB hard disk storage in a unit that fits in the palm of the hand.rnThe HD Everio GZ-HD3 follows the introduction earlier this year of the HD Everio GZ-HD7, which combines HD capabilities with the convenience and high capacity of recording to a built-in hard drive. With the GZ-HD3, JVC brings these same benefits to a wider audience in a palm-sized camcorder that's easy to carry and offers point-and-shoot simplicity.rnA version of the JVC HD Everio GZ-HD3 for Japan was available in August. The company introduced the camcorder in the United States, Europe and Asia starting in September.
