Japan-Made Cameras, Projector Win at TIPA

During the recently concluded Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) European Photo and Imaging Awards 2008 Nikon Corp., Fujifilm Corp., and from Victor Co., of Japan, Ltd. (JVC) walked away with several industry recognitions. TIPA is the most coveted photo and imaging awards in the European region. Nikon has won three awards for its video-related products. The TIPA awarded D3 digital single-lens reflex (D-SLR) camera as the best professional D-SLR camera, the D300 D-SLR camera was recognized as the best expert D-SLR camera, while the AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED, an interchangeable lens for SLR cameras, was bestowed with the best professional lens award.
