Honda Gives Aid to Pioneer's Car Electronics Business

Honda Motor Co. has agreed to infuse fresh investments to ailing electronics manufacturer Pioneer Corp., focusing mainly on car navigation systems and other automotive electronics. Honda's capital injection aims to prop up the financial condition of Pioneer, and at the same time strengthen the partnership of the two companies through joint development of next-generation car navigation systems.
